It was via Twitter that I came across an interesting blog post by Brian Kelly of UK Web Focus at UKOLN on Guidelines for Professional Blogs hosted in the Cloud. It explores the policy issues and the relationship between independent blogs and the institution with which the blogger is connected, as an employee, associate or whatever.
