Report on start-up phase of Music PAL

A report on the origin and progress of the Music PAL scheme is now available for download from the PAL website.  This is an edited version of the full report as published in Brio, vol. 47, no. 1 (Spring/Summer 2010), publication by  IAML (International Association of Music Libraries).
